Order cancellation requests can be placed within (1) day of order (If not Shipped) or will result in flat deduction of 25% from your ordered item’s amount. If the product is in transit, then you have to receive and apply for a return.

Any product you purchase from our store normally takes 4-8 business days to deliver. Note:  Due to the global pandemic, there can be slight delays in your orders. You can contact us at orders@stitchtite.com if your product is not shipped in the mentioned timeline.
To secure and protect your privacy, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) that provides end to end encryption. We use Paypal which is one of the best secured payment options available.
 
Your complete order details ( price of each item, order number, and shipping charges) will be sent to you via email.
 
As long as the item is not shipped, you can make changes in your order(s). Please send your order number(s) to our customer service for correction.
 
You can order by selecting any product from our website. Then, select sizing and click add to cart. stitchtite.com accepts PayPal, Visa, American Express, Master Card, and Discover Cards for Payments.
 

It can usually take up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the day after the date of your return, for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.

We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve completed your return, letting you know whether a refund or exchange has been processed. 

Any refund will be automatically issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 10 working days in the UK, depending on your payment method issuer. 

Returned within 15 to 30 days? A gift voucher will be issued instead.

If you’ve returned more than one order in the same parcel, please allow 24 hours for all your returns to be completed.

Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive. You’ll be able to get the latest updates on your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log into ‘My Account’ and click ‘Track This Order’. Your tracking link will be able to provide up to date information on the status of your order.
